Description

This article is a record of my arrest and what I endured going to court for nearly a year with a public defender and the outcome.  It begins with a short preface that describes what I was doing prior to going to Florida and being arrested for possession of 3 grams of marijuana, a pipe with marijuana residue, and 4 10 mg gummy edibles, the combined potency equivalent to 1.5 grams of marijuana.
